How to spend your winter like a bear – in 6 points!
1. In the autumn you are allowed to eat all you want. Aim for a thick layer of brown fat!
2. Prepare a comfortable nest. Blue is the colour of calm. But remember to put out the atmospheric candles on time!
3. When you start feeling sleepy, don’t fight it. Your body will naturally know when it’s time to hibernate.
4. You may wake up from time to time during your hibernation. You can take care of the bills and check the latest news headlines, but otherwise take it easy.
5. You may find the offspring comes out at winter time. This is completely normal!
6. After you’ve woken, you may find yourself a bit grumpy for a few weeks. But you made it to spring!
